<P><FONT face=Verdana><FONT color=#000000><BR></FONT></FONT><FONT face=Verdana><FONT color=#000000><STRONG>功能特點——</STRONG><BR><BR> 內部結構清晰，展館錯落有致——每個展館可以分割為1/6、1/2大小，最大可達到原來面積的6倍，這樣可以滿足不同展覽的面積需要。<BR><BR> 空間利用最大化，用地效率最高——根據(jù)最基本的常識，我們知道六邊形是空間利用最大化的一種幾何圖形，所以，這種蜂巢設計也是用地效率最高的一種建筑設計。<BR><BR> <STRONG>a 仿生設計，預留擴展空間——</STRONG></FONT></FONT></P>
<P><STRONG> </STRONG><FONT face=Verdana><FONT color=#000000>100多年前，英國城市規(guī)劃理論大師霍華德就提出了著名的“城市花園”理念，即城市不能無限生長，每個城市到了一定的規(guī)模后，都會在周邊自動生成新的城市。展館的“仿生設計”是與此相通的，這種“聚落”的設計方式本身符合自然生長的需要，如果將來有需要，只要周邊基地足夠大，就完全可以在現(xiàn)有展館的驟變，在自然生成新的展館，這就為將來的發(fā)展預留了廣闊的空間。<BR><BR> <STRONG>b 造型新穎大氣，靈動多變——</STRONG></FONT></FONT></P>
<P><FONT face=Verdana><FONT color=#000000><STRONG> </STRONG>新穎的蜂巢結構設計使得各個展館組合在一起，恢宏大氣，這種西方的“聚落”建筑理念與中國傳統(tǒng)的“院落”理念有著異曲同工之妙，虛實相間，以“虛”襯實”。就單個展館來看，似乎區(qū)別不大，但組合起來就富有變化。展館建筑中有空地，用作中心綠地，如同傳統(tǒng)中國院落中的院子，通過這種虛實映照，建筑就有了靈動，有了變化。<BR></FONT></FONT></P></TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE></TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE></TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE></TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE></TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE></TD></TR>

<b>[展館規(guī)模]</b><br>
<P> 中國國際采購中心（CIPC）是由昆山花橋展覽中心有限公司斥資打造的超大型國際采購平臺，是江蘇花橋國際商務城的核心項目之一。</P>
<DIV> 項目建筑面積160萬m，總投資達60億元人民幣。其中，展館總建筑面積為100萬m，商務配套服務建筑面積為60萬m。</DIV>
<DIV></DIV>
<DIV> 項目規(guī)劃布置主題性展館、常年性展館和配套服務設施。常年性展館劃分為國際商品館區(qū)（包括美國館、德國館、歐洲館、日本館等進口商品館），和國內商品館區(qū)（包括知識產權館、動漫玩具館、電子館、機械館、機床模具館等）。</DIV>

<DIV> CIPC旨在以臨時展覽與常年展貿相結合、電子網(wǎng)上交易與實物展貿相結合、進口商品展貿與出口商品展貿相結合的“三結合”獨特業(yè)態(tài)，為不同行業(yè)、一定層次和一定規(guī)模的中外企業(yè)打造一個超大規(guī)模的展貿平臺。</DIV><br>
