<P><FONT face=Verdana><FONT color=#000000><BR></FONT></FONT><FONT face=Verdana><FONT color=#000000><STRONG>功能特點(diǎn)——</STRONG><BR><BR> 內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)清晰，展館錯落有致——每個展館可以分割為1/6、1/2大小，最大可達(dá)到原來面積的6倍，這樣可以滿足不同展覽的面積需要。<BR><BR> 空間利用最大化，用地效率最高——根據(jù)最基本的常識，我們知道六邊形是空間利用最大化的一種幾何圖形，所以，這種蜂巢設(shè)計(jì)也是用地效率最高的一種建筑設(shè)計(jì)。<BR><BR> <STRONG>a 仿生設(shè)計(jì)，預(yù)留擴(kuò)展空間——</STRONG></FONT></FONT></P>
<P><STRONG> </STRONG><FONT face=Verdana><FONT color=#000000>100多年前，英國城市規(guī)劃理論大師霍華德就提出了著名的“城市花園”理念，即城市不能無限生長，每個城市到了一定的規(guī)模后，都會在周邊自動生成新的城市。展館的“仿生設(shè)計(jì)”是與此相通的，這種“聚落”的設(shè)計(jì)方式本身符合自然生長的需要，如果將來有需要，只要周邊基地足夠大，就完全可以在現(xiàn)有展館的驟變，在自然生成新的展館，這就為將來的發(fā)展預(yù)留了廣闊的空間。<BR><BR> <STRONG>b 造型新穎大氣，靈動多變——</STRONG></FONT></FONT></P>
<P><FONT face=Verdana><FONT color=#000000><STRONG> </STRONG>新穎的蜂巢結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)使得各個展館組合在一起，恢宏大氣，這種西方的“聚落”建筑理念與中國傳統(tǒng)的“院落”理念有著異曲同工之妙，虛實(shí)相間，以“虛”襯實(shí)”。就單個展館來看，似乎區(qū)別不大，但組合起來就富有變化。展館建筑中有空地，用作中心綠地，如同傳統(tǒng)中國院落中的院子，通過這種虛實(shí)映照，建筑就有了靈動，有了變化。<BR></FONT></FONT></P></TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE></TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE></TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE></TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE></TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE></TD></TR>

<b>[展館規(guī)模]</b><br>
<P> 中國國際采購中心（CIPC）是由昆山花橋展覽中心有限公司斥資打造的超大型國際采購平臺，是江蘇花橋國際商務(wù)城的核心項(xiàng)目之一。</P>
<DIV> 項(xiàng)目建筑面積160萬m，總投資達(dá)60億元人民幣。其中，展館總建筑面積為100萬m，商務(wù)配套服務(wù)建筑面積為60萬m。</DIV>

<DIV> 項(xiàng)目規(guī)劃布置主題性展館、常年性展館和配套服務(wù)設(shè)施。常年性展館劃分為國際商品館區(qū)（包括美國館、德國館、歐洲館、日本館等進(jìn)口商品館），和國內(nèi)商品館區(qū)（包括知識產(chǎn)權(quán)館、動漫玩具館、電子館、機(jī)械館、機(jī)床模具館等）。</DIV>

<DIV> CIPC旨在以臨時展覽與常年展貿(mào)相結(jié)合、電子網(wǎng)上交易與實(shí)物展貿(mào)相結(jié)合、進(jìn)口商品展貿(mào)與出口商品展貿(mào)相結(jié)合的“三結(jié)合”獨(dú)特業(yè)態(tài)，為不同行業(yè)、一定層次和一定規(guī)模的中外企業(yè)打造一個超大規(guī)模的展貿(mào)平臺。</DIV><br>
